1. Vision & Site

Every home starts with understanding how you want to live.

We begin by discussing your goals, architectural preferences, budget, timeline, and property. If you already own a homesite, we evaluate the site and identify opportunities or challenges that may influence the design. If you are still searching for property, we can help you understand what to look for before making a purchase.

2. Design & Preconstruction

Once the vision is established, we work alongside you and your design team to turn ideas into a buildable plan.

During this stage, we review plans, structural details, materials, building systems, and site conditions with a builder's perspective. Our goal is to identify potential issues early, refine important details, and make sure the design can be executed efficiently without compromising the original vision.

3. Budget & Schedule

Before construction begins, we develop a detailed project budget and construction schedule.

Selections, allowances, major materials, and scope are reviewed so expectations are clear before work starts. We believe transparency during preconstruction creates a smoother build and allows informed decisions to be made before they become costly changes in the field.

4. Construction

This is where our boutique approach makes the biggest difference.

Your home is personally overseen by the builder with daily involvement on site. We coordinate trades, monitor workmanship, review critical details, and keep the project moving from one phase to the next.

Our projects do not sit idle. Progress comes from organization, communication, and hands-on management—not shortcuts.

Throughout construction, you have direct access to the builder rather than being passed between layers of project managers.

5. Finishes & Completion

As the home takes shape, we coordinate the details that ultimately define how it feels.

From cabinetry and millwork to flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and final finishes, we work closely with you to ensure each selection comes together as part of a cohesive home.

Before completion, we carefully walk the property, address remaining details, test major systems, and prepare the home for final delivery.

6. Handover & Continued Support

Completion is not the end of our relationship.

We walk through the finished home with you, explain its systems and features, and make sure you are comfortable with everything before move-in.

After you take ownership, we remain available to address questions and stand behind the work we build.
