Gordon Custom Homes

Gordon Custom Homes is a boutique custom home builder focused on a limited number of projects so each home receives the attention it deserves.

We believe exceptional homes are built through thoughtful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a builder who is genuinely involved. Every project is personally overseen by the builder, with daily site presence and direct communication throughout construction.

A Hands-On Approach

Our clients work directly with the builder from the earliest planning stages through final completion. There are no layers of management separating you from the person responsible for building your home.

That hands-on approach allows us to make decisions quickly, maintain a high standard of workmanship, and address details before they become problems.

Built With Purpose

We are highly intentional about how our homes are constructed.

From building envelope and structural systems to windows, waterproofing, mechanical systems, and interior finishes, we select materials and construction methods based on long-term performance—not simply the minimum required to complete the job.

The details you may never see after the walls are closed are just as important to us as the finishes you see every day.

Projects That Keep Moving

Our projects never sit idle.

Through careful scheduling, strong relationships with our trades, and daily involvement on site, we keep construction moving efficiently from one phase to the next.

We believe a well-managed project should move with purpose. Efficiency comes from preparation, organization, and experience—not shortcuts.

A More Personal Building Experience

Because we intentionally remain a small company, we are able to offer a level of personal attention that can be difficult to achieve with a larger-volume builder.

We collaborate closely with each client, help guide important design and construction decisions, and remain mindful of both the overall vision and the budget throughout the process.

Our goal is simple: to build a home we would be proud to call our own—and an experience our clients would confidently recommend to others.
